BORROWER QUALIFICATIONS

Assets sourced and seasoned for 60 days. Must be in a U.S. FDIC insured bank or its equivalent/correspondent bank for a minimum of 30 days

12 months reserves required, must be in a U.S. bank

Active valid passport is required for all borrowers

Funds must be seasoned and sourced

CPA letter verifying year to date and last 2 years of employment and income with CPA’s license information and copy (all documentation must be translated by certified translator)

Title can be vested in LLC or Inc and/or Personal Guarantee
